Material Return Policy
You can return products up to eight (8) days after receipt without giving any reason for return. This includes 8 days, not eight weekdays.
We ask you to return the product completely, unused and in original and undamaged packaging, if reasonably possible.
Otherwise we can not sell the product anymore. Always obtain a return number first from our customer service.
HOW DO YOU RETURN A PRODUCT?
Depending on your reason for returning a product, please use the following steps.
If you have a product that you want to return within the trial period, please follow these steps:
- Please contact our customer service to report that you want to send a product back. This can be done via this email address support@acan.tv.
- Once you have notified us that you want to return a product, you will receive a return number and instructions via email.
- After we received the product, we will send you a confirmation email.
- If the product is complete, unused and undamaged and in original packaging (if reasonably possible) we refund within 14 days of reception the total order amount (the purchase price including shipping fee) back on the account number you provide.
If you want to return a product,because it was defective immediately after reception (DOA), follow these steps:
- Please contact our customer service to report that you want to send a product back. This can be done via this email address SUPPORT (a) ACAN.TV.
- Once you have notified us that you want to return a product, you will receive a return number and instructions via email..
- After we received the product, we will send you a confirmation email.
- We will investigate your complaint and if it is valid you receive from us a new product. In this case we reimburse the cost for returning the product too.
COSTS
The costs of returning defective products is at your expense, unless it is a DOA (dead on arrival).
